New Mexico County Police on Monday released a video showing alec baldwin talking to police officers on the set of the movie “Rust” after a shot from a gun used by the actor in one scene killed the cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
Santa Fe County Sheriff Adan Mendoza also released body camera footage of a police officer arriving on the scene and an initial conversation with gunsmith Hannah Gutierrez. They said a formal decision on criminal charges would depend on additional forensic work.
“Several components of the investigation remain pending, including FBI firearms and ballistic forensic analysis along with DNA and latent fingerprint analysis, (forensic) findings and analysis of Mr. Alec Baldwin’s phone data extracted by Suffolk County Sheriff’s investigators Mendoza said in a statement.

The The gun that killed Hutchins was under the control of Gutierrez-Reed, and an assistant director turned it over to Baldwin.stating that it was unloaded.
The 64-year-old actor has argued in court documents that An indemnity clause in your contract protects you from personal liability.
The actor claims that he did not shoot and that he does not know how the discharge occurred. In an interview in December, he said he did not feel responsible for what happened.
In March, Baldwin and his wife Hilaria announced that they were expecting their seventh child.
