AAA Triplemania XXX Chapter 1: Coverage and results LIVE

Welcome to the live tracking of AAA Wrestling! Tonight we will present the results of Triplemania XXX: Chapter 1. The event will take place from the Monterrey Baseball Stadium, and will feature several matches including the first full round of the Ruleta de la Muerte Tournament.

The broadcast begins with the traditional tribute to Antonio Peña and Joaquín Roldan. Quickly, we moved on to the first fight of the day.


Roulette of Death Tournament (Round 1)

Last Dragon vs. Pentagon Jr.
Pentagon stops a Hurracarana, but his rival decides to force him into a leg lock. The two men take the action to ringside, where Penta lands his Superkick to stun Dragon. The latter reacts and performs a combination of punches and kicks inside the hexadrilateral. The legend looks for an armbar, but his opponent manages to push his shoulders against the canvas. Dragon finds Penta on the ramp and jumps on him. Canadian Destroyer over Pentagon and takes the victory.

Winner: Last Dragon by count of three


Pentagon Jr. Advances in the Roulette of Death Tournament. Both masked men shake hands heading backstage.


Sammy Guevara confirms that he will not be able to compete tonight for the Mixed Couples Championships. She promises Tay Conti that she has “a plan” for her replacement. The Black Parka is revealed to be Sammy’s replacement for this mixed match.


AAA Mixed Tag Team Championships

The Vipers (Arez and Chik Storm) vs. Sexy Starr and Komander vs. Whip and Lady Wonder vs. Black Parka and Tay Conti (with Sammy Guevara)
Conti and Tormenta are left alone in the ring. The first attacks with a German Suplex before being crashed into one of the barricades. Lady Maravilla struggles with Komander until Black Parka decides to enter the ring. Sexy Starr gets past Parka before the champions take advantage with steel plates. Conti and Parka recover and look to iron out the Vipers. Komander and Starr go out to the ring to stop them and stun the black masked man. Komander throws himself to ringside as Sexy Starr and Chik Tormenta struggle. Both launch towards their rivals at ringside. Parka Negra follows them and Conti goes up to the third rope for a Moonsault. In the box, The Vipers go for the Double Stump against Tay and Parka, but Sammy stops the count of three. “The Spanish God” attacks with his crutch and takes Parka Negra’s place to finish the champions. 1…2…3…

Winners and NEW MIXED CHAMPIONS: Tay Conti and Sammy Guevara for three


Roulette of Death Tournament (Round 1)

Villain IV vs. L.A. Park
The fight begins on the ramp. Villain tries to get the unknown out of his rival, who escapes to ringside before being beaten with chairs at the head. The action goes to the public area, where Villano continues to punish until he draws blood from the head of his rival. La Parka accidentally hits the referee and begins the punishment on his opponent. The already unmasked star Villano on a table and both enter the ring for an exchange of plates. Villain lands a cheap shot, but it’s not enough. After several minutes of struggling, LA Park makes a little package and takes the victory.

Winner: LA Park by count of three


Villain IV enters the Roulette of Death Tournament. The public throws coins as a sign of respect to the two competitors.


Dorian Roldan Pena goes out to the ring to start the television broadcasts. AAA Vice President calls Latin Lover to the hexadrilátreo, whom he recognizes in front of the public of his hometown with a plaque. His celebration with the public is interrupted by Jeff Jarrett and members of The Company, who begin to mock the honoree. Vampire appears to help Latin Lover! They both hug and celebrate before an enraged “Double J”.

Independent wrestler Jack Cartwheel is revealed as Lared Kid’s surprise partner tonight.


Team Combat

Laredo Kid and Jack Cartwheel vs. Johnny Caballero and Taurus vs. Dragon Lee and Dralistic
Dragon and Laredo begin exchanging blows to the chest. Caballero and Cartwheel follow, with the former throwing the latter out of the ring. Taurus and Laredo enter the ring, with the latter assisting his partner for a Suplex on both men. The Lee brothers interrupt them and take the conflict outside the hexadrilateral. Dralístico overcomes Taurus and throws him to ringside with a Hurracarana. Johnny enters the ring and throws Laredo against the canvas. Cartwheel appears to surprise his rival with several air attacks. Dragon has it even until he knees him in the back. Taurus connects a Crucifix Bomb on the latter and endangers the Lee brothers. These manage to get up and throw themselves at their opponents at ringside. Laredo throws Caballero against the canvas and Vikingo comes out in defense of him. Dragon applies a Powerbomb followed by a Poison-frog. Johnny tries to surprise Laredo with his water pistol, but he hits the referee and allows himself to apply a Roll-Up for victory.

Winners: Johnny Caballero and Taurus for three


Roulette of Death Tournament (Round 1)

Blue Demon Jr. vs. Jalisco Ray Jr.
The two men take a while to attack. Blue Demon resists blows to the chest and begins to rip the rival’s mask off him. Jalisco suffers a metal iron to the head and is hanged at ringside. After several minutes of punishment, Demon takes his opponent to the ring and struggles for the account. Lightning looks for a Roll-Up, but the referee only claps twice. The black incognito counterattacks with plates to the chest followed by a Legdrop. ¡ONE HUNDRED FACES and MASK YEAR 2000 ENTER THE SCENE! New Dynamite Generation accompanies him with the desire to attack Jalisco, but the latter takes away the guitar and the star on Blue Demon. 1…2…3…

Winner: Rayo de Jalisco Jr.


Blue Demon Jr. advances to the second round. The hexadrilateral is a mess with New Generation Dynamite destroying Rayo de Jalisco Jr.. The latter promises to unmask all of NGD very soon. Meanwhile, Blue Demon Jr. is transferred to a stretcher and treated by the medical team.


Mixed Combat of Third Parties

Pagan, Bandit and Taya Valkyrie vs. Andrade The Idol, Deonna Purrazzo and Cybernetic
Deonna and Taya start. The exchange is even until Pagano enters the ring against Cibernético. Bandido and Andrade begin to attack each other, taking the fight out of control. The one with the covered face throws himself at El Idolo while Pagano sets up a table. Andrade intercepts him with a whistle blow, but inside the ring he receives a Piledriver from Bandido. The six take turns launching themselves towards ringside. The Vipers appear with a fire extinguisher and throw Pagano out of the ring. El Hijo del Tirantes declares disqualification and gives victory to the technicians.

Winners: Pagano, Bandido and Taya Valkyrie by disqualification


Roulette of Death Tournament (Round 1)

Canek vs. Psycho Clown
Canek leaves his rival against the canvas several times before being thrown out of the ring. Psycho attempts a suicide stop, but falls with his neck on the barricade. The medical team tries to attend to him, but Canek takes him to the ring after several bumps. “El Principe Maya” starts the mystery of Clown, who tries to escape out of the hexadrilatero before being thrown into the public sector. Psycho recovers and begins the counterattack. He hits a whistle to the head and throws his rival, ripping off a piece of Canek’s mask. ¡DR. WAGNER JR. RETURN TO AAA! He hits Psycho Clown with his bat and allows Canek to land an elbow for the win.

Winner: Canek for count of three


Psycho Clown advances to the second round. Andrade El Idolo joins Dr. Wagner Jr. and together they start the mystery of Psycho Clown. Wagner invites Andrade to “The Lagoon Legacy”to which El Idolo accepts and officially joins the new group.
